Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is before 12:00 PM. If you need a late check-out, please contact the front desk in advance.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel; simply connect to the “goldenviewbatam” network and enter the provided password.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekdays and from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on weekends.

For room service, please dial “0” on your room phone, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Housekeeping service is available daily, but if you prefer not to be disturbed, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.

Emergency exits are located on each floor, and in case of an emergency, please follow the evacuation signs and instructions from hotel staff.

Time for the hotel to have a makeover . Breakfast not much choices but ok Location not so great . Only good thing is room is spacious. Till then!

We has a great time here. It was Christmas break so lot’s of children in the huge pool. The Manager and Staff we very helpful. Lot’s of room in the dining area to sit. The grounds are large with many restaurants to eat the fabulous seafood at a reasonable price.

The staff were great & very helpful. The hotel was quite old but the room was clean and bright. The room service was always on time & they also provide a shuttle service for guests to different malls. Will be coming back! Thank you so much.
